General Return Policy
We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery for most products.
Eligibility for Returns

- Returned within 5 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Refund Process
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will email you a return authorization and instructions
- Package the item securely and ship it back to us
Important: Without a return authorization, we cannot process your refund.

Special Cases

Wrong Item Received

- Do not open or use the product
- We will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
