How do I book a doctor's appointment?

Booking an appointment is easy:

  1. Go to the "Doctors" section on our website or app
  2. Search for your required specialist
  3. Select your preferred doctor and available time slot
  4. Confirm your appointment details
  5. Make payment (if required)
  6. You'll receive confirmation via SMS and email

You can reschedule or cancel appointments up to 12 hours before your scheduled time.

What areas do you deliver medicines to?

We currently deliver to all major cities across Pakistan including Chakwal, Islamabad,Talagang,kakar khar, choa saiden Shah. Our service covers over 50 urban areas with plans to expand further.

Delivery times vary by location:

  • Chakwal cities: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2PM
  • Other cities: Next-day delivery
  • Rural areas: 2-3 business days
